When you purchase an insurance policy through KenBanc and the payment is made to KenBanc, you may pay the premiums with a credit card or check. If you use a credit card to pay the premium, the credit card information will be deleted from accessible records after your purchase has been authorized, unless you are otherwise advised and you consent to a payment plan which requires repeat use of a credit card. If you pay the premium using a check, we will not retain a copy of your check in your file, but we may be able to access a copy through our accounting records. If you purchase an insurance policy through KenBanc and the payment is made directly to an insurance company, your payment will be processed by that company, in accordance with its procedures.


KenBanc’s website may use a computer cookie to identify you during a visit to our website. (A cookie is a piece of data that is stored on your hard drive while visiting our website to identify you as a unique customer during your online session.) Cookies are very common on business websites. Such cookies may be used as a tool to automatically assist with your information input during the enrollment process. No personally identifiable information is stored on the cookie.
